This generous and supple champagne is made exclusively from champagne's white grape variety Chardonnay, the majority of which belongs to terroirs in the renowned "Côte des Blancs" region. This single varietal wine stands out by its exceptional elegance and finesse. At least 5 years of ageing in cellars.

Ratafia de Champagne
Our Ratafia de Champagne is born from the harmonious coming together of the musts of Chardonnay, Pinot-Noir and Pinot Meunier, matured with Marc de Champagne and Eau-de-Vie. A perfect accompaniment to fine produces such as foie-gras, melon and even strong cheeses. With aromas of gingerbread, plums and caramel it enhances chocolate desserts and can equally be enjoyed as a digestive at the end of the meal.
